is looking "better" in the mirror cope?

Whenever I see myself in the mirror I always think I look at least mid mtn- high mtn, but in front camera I look chopped asf, closer to high ltn- low mtn, so am I coping, which is more accurate/ what people perceive you as.

Its an inverted image if you are asymmetric that is mainly the reason you look different from what you think you look like also focal lens are real, they do distorsionate your looks
