I'm 6'4" and I would need 18 inch arms for my arms to look impressive, you only need like 15 inch arms and they'll look like 19-20 inch arms on a tall guy.

My transformation (started in 2016 but achieved the equivalent of 2 years of consistent training based on my calculations):

Went from 138 lbs to 180 lbs, gained around 30 lbs of muscle, rest is probably water and fat. I still have around 30-40 lbs of muscle left to gain to really fill out my frame.

You're short so even if you started really skinny at like 100 lbs, you don't need as much time as me to get muscular.

Achieved this with neck training:

If you want a good inspiration/goal physique for your height, I'd go with Jeff Nippard, he is very short and he built a very impressive physique that would be impossible at my height. Alex Leonidas also is pretty short.

Imho your best bet would Be LL though. 5'5 you might Have a chance If your face isnt a wreck. Everything Else is cope at your height
