I see it like a lifestyle similar to sports. You won't be as good as you were in your 20's you'll peak around 28 but you'll still be good mid to late thirties if you have a dedicated mindset. When you reach 40 there isn't much chance unless you have insane genetics and then that's the time you should change priorities.
