Is looksmaxxing even worth it if you're manlet?

Which country? i would like to mog as a 5'8 manlet, i know it's doable in phillipines/indo/SEA in general and maybe malaysia?

I mean yh that's a given when every other guy is a malnourished manlet with terrible genetics. Still SEA/Indo/Malay is better to live than india and still those guys are manlets.
