Of course there are other things you can do to make yourself look better but the no1 thing that will ascend you the hardest is getting as lean as possible:
Getting a tan getting better eyebrows and probably getting a good haircut are the next best thing and obvs gym is water

The point is to reach and maintain invisibility status.

With invisibility status, no one is staring at you in public, you can go about your day with no worries.

Basically, if you have a good body, good muscle mass, low bodyfat, no weird proportions, so obviouse facial flaws, dressed normally, as a guy you'll have achieved invisibility status.

You can basically enjoy your life with no negative reactions from women, and no negative attention.
