Wsg everyone, I’m posting this because I am completely exhausted and at my wit's end. I feel like I have genuinely tried everything, and nothing is working.
To give you an idea of the baseline: I've done jaw surgery, chin surgery, and I'm currently running peptides like Retatrutide, Melanotan II, and CJC-1295/Ipamorelin, alongside starting Test E, HGH, and more peptides soon. I am also doing diy filler next month (already got it at home) (lips, jaw, chin) and am about to do DIY Aqualyx. On top of all the medical and chemical interventions, I've dialed in my fitness, skin, and grooming.
Despite all of this—spending the time, money, and putting my body through intense protocols—I am still not where I want to be. I never get looks on the street, even when I make direct eye contact, and I am simply not treated like an attractive guy.
It hurts even more because I was heavily bullied for my looks in the past, and carrying that history while putting in this level of relentless effort—only to feel completely invisible—is taking a massive toll on me.
For anyone who has gone down the extreme looksmaxxing/surgery rabbit hole: what is the missing link when the physical modifications and stats are technically there, but the real-world reaction is still zero?
Is it possible that dysmorphia, micro-expressions, vibe, or over-correcting features is completely overriding everything?
How do you stop feeling like a ghost when you've done everything humanly possible to change your exterior?
Any brutally honest advice or perspective is appreciated.
