Is loosing 10kg in a month safe?

Is it tbh? Or would it cause some hormonal damage

I went exactly from 90 to 80 kilograms last summer by walking 7 kilometers every day and eating 1200 calories every day (1500 deficit) for 60 days.

1 kg of pure fat is equivalent to approximately 7500 kcalories. If the average male has a metabolism of 2000 then if he eats literally nothing for a week that's 14000. Or 56000 for 4 weeks. 56000 kcalories is equivalent to 7.46 kilograms. 4.2 kilograms= 16.4 lbs.

So even if they would literally starve for 4 weeks the average man would lose about 7.5 kilos.

So that's impossible unless you literally eat nothing+ do cardio.

Keep in mind you might lose double the weight ( glycogen, water weight, muscle mass and fat as well).

It would be completely fine, your body recovers quickly from these types of stresses
 
It won't seriously damage you, you will just feel like shit. Also keep in mind, that if you had any muscle, you'll lose most of it.

No i actually lost 3 more kilograms in next 2 months and then i maintained 77 kilograms for half a year. But my weight could fluctuate daily back then from 77 to 82 kilograms cause water weight and waste weight. Now i am 73 kilograms.
 
If you lost 10kg in a month then it's most likely that half of it is water and muscles

Don’t do it.

best way to lose weight is slow and steady

if you lose a lot of weight fast you will suffer the dreaded skinny fat phenomenon as most of the weight lost will be muscle.
