And calculated weekly loss of 1lb
I am ariung 18% bf
Eating 1400 calories is enough (sedentary) to achieve this
I need to get to 12% bf
That's phase 2 brotheryou'll look like shit if you're low BF and sedentary ngl
you need to re-gain that weight ur losing as muscle
