Is losing hgh bloat naturally normal?

I’ve been on 4 ius for 3 months now and recently I seem less bloated without changing any thing significant in my protocol. I did change the bac water I was using but even before that I was less puffy. I did some research and it seems the kidneys can adapt over some time but I was wondering what yall think
