Is lower eyelid repair surgery hard or easy to botch?

You think I can do it at a cheap doctor or is a premium one necessary?
 
Its hard to get right, and sometimes just relapseable

Very prone to relapse. Depends on the graft too. Autologous cartilage is better than alloderm.

I myself am combining it with an orbital decompression. This puts less pressure on the spacer graft to raise the eyelid, as pushing the eye back reduces the scleral show. You can only do this if you have proptosis.

By prone to relapse, how often does this happen?
 
Easy to botch I had people close to me where the surgery failed and they looked worse
