Tbh most things are genetic

That’s why u can have goodie 2 shoes doing everything right and still getting cancer in his 30’s while junkie Steve down the block does heavy drugs, alcohol and sleep deprivation for 5 decades straight and lives till 90 yo

It’s all just a genetic lottery
