I know lymphatic drainage typically lasts about an hour, but is it worth doing like 2 minutes of shoving your knuckles into your nose every hour just for minimal results. I wanna get rid of all this shit fat right next to my mandible bone, ik debloating does the trick for my goal but I don't have access to most supliments to debloat, except for bananas.

Additional: can I massage the fat at the top of my forehead, where my hairline is, down to my eyebrows/browrigde to create an illusion for hunter eyes? So like can I store fat somewhere by massaging the area down to where I want that fat to go

I don't think I'm gonna be spending like 50 bucks on some water pills, I can just drink a bunch of water
its literally a dollar when i live, its not a water pill it does the exact opposite, it pulls water out of your body and you are temporarily debloated but if you are still fat and dont have bones its retarded, dose carefully and only use rarely on events if u decide

Not tryna point out here, but how does taking water out of your body and dehydrating you get you debloated, wouldn't u just have water retention making u bloated and bad skin

I thought so, I'm still gonna look into it more
I used to do it in the mornings and sometimes it worked, but it’s not that great. The only debloat method is drinking water, cardio, banana, potatoes, and bf percent
