Is makeup cope for women?

Most women wear makeup but I’ve allways wondered why women had the right to make fun of a man’s appearance and even call him ugly, when she spends hours padding her face to be accepted, I think it’s pretty unfair but I don’t care that much. What’s your guys opinion ?
