Is making ai websites real?

U prob seen these ai websites with claude or lovable on insta and people selling them for 500$, so i wanted to ask is dis shi real and if yes, how to properly make businesses buy it

You need to be convincing and good at sales, you probably can make just websites with menu and the open/close hours and contact info with some pics, don't expect to do more, if you live in europe for these sites charge max 150 if in nordic countries or switzerland you find a business that somehow still doesn't have a base ahh site charge them up to 300, in usa change how much you want honestly they mostly dumb same in the uk

I mean i made like 10 websites, that’s the easy part, i live in kazakhstan so i tried to charge 100$ per website, my strategy was like to make website first and then offer, but most of them just decline or ignore, can’t make them to buy the website somehow
