I think the only thing that’s real about manifestation is the psychology side to it. Things like detachment and removing desperation lower your stress levels which does move you closer to your goals because stress makes you stupid and self-sabotage. They do offer some practical advice

Yes I don’t believe in subliminals and affirmations although I understand the thought process behind it

You can rewrite the subconcious mind through repetition but repeating a phrase over and over again only trains your mind to repeat the phrase subconcioisly, it doesn’t make whatever you’re saying come true
