i have 8 tooth smile and mid-back tongue overlaps my teeth when pushed to palate. could benefit from wider upper lip and the slight widening of midface/zygos. im looking for advancement with bimax and wondering if i should get palatal expansion beforehand

What is your intermolar width? How much do you need to expand? If its <7mm, go for Segmental Lefort 1 (3-piece) at the same time as the bimax
