is marpe the method like are most people eligible to get it? i have a fuck ton of asymmetry and not a huge budget for double jaw

expands maxilla right? my maxilla seems to be really tilted, so im seriously considering marpe for aligning it without surgery. research says i can do this but im asking people on here i guess
