Is Marpe worth it at 19?

been reading up on MARPE, . want upper jaw expansion, wider smile, better nasal breathing, no extractions, don’t wanna mess up my chin/profile in the process

anyone actually gone through this in the 18-25 range.
Were the results worth it and is there any bad side effects?
