Is MARPE worth with a wide mid face

My palate is narrow to the point where my tongue doesn’t fit on the top of me mouth because it hits my teeth AND my mouth is tiny as fuck But my mid face is pretty wide +mid set zygos with decent definition. I don’t want to end up looking like an alien, have any of you niggers that have gotten MARPE had something similar to my situation. If you have did you end up looking like a somali alien

I’m cutting down -10% bf atm, base is good its just annoying that I can’t properly place my tongue on the roof of my mouth because of my teeth
