MARPE or eye Surgery?

My dentist sent me to a ENT dentist, which will later on send me to a after orthodontist if I Match the criterias. I told him that my mouth is too small for my tongue, causing me to have breathing issues. I saw that getting marpe if you don’t need it can make me Look Uncanny (I have a 45mm palate). So should I keep trying to get a marpe or start looking into eye surgerys, since my eye area if fucked up.
