i havent started yet, but im 173cm and my growth plates havent closed yet. is masai jumping going to increase the height?

Me personally started 5 7 at 29 and went up 6 inches to 6 1 after 12 weeks of massai jumps and dead hangs every day no cope even my dad who was 5 2 massai jumped at 72 and went up to 6 3 and he broke his legs so he got a free lls and bonesmashing so now he is 6 7 idk about these guys calling it cope sounds like they havnt tried it yet💔
