Does training the masseter muscles give you any noticeable jaw width or is it just cope? Like could you go from a narrow jaw being your biggest / big flaw to being a mid / minor flaw?

I will just add that you should avoid training your masseters if you have crooked or misaligned or asymmetrical teeth. This is because the force distribution can be uneven and result in one side becoming bigger than the other. What do you think?

All skeletal muscles grow the same way. They require a sufficient stressor / reason to grow. Skeletal muscles also need rest to recover. No recovery = No growth.I don't have any teeth issues, but can you even grow it well enough without steroids?
