Does it make a difference or is it just cope

Not cope, but there's only so much you can improve before having masseters that are way too big become unattractive and start to have consequences on your jaw dynamics and health. 15-30 minutes of jaw training a few times a week is probably fine.

I'll start and maybe post again when I think I've reached that point, also how can get my ramus area to appear taller (ik you can't get the ramus itself taller without surgery but I'm asking if massester training + something else idk about can help emulate it

Well, I'm no expert on the ramus but yeah, training your masseter may slightly help here, so will getting lean enough, majority of the appeal of the Ramus it no only how tall it is, but also how defined it is the more of a shadow your ramus casts on your face the better

Obviously to achieve a more defined ramus you have to be lean, minimize bloating and have nicely developed masseters. Obviously if you want to fraud your ramus even more the higher your sideburns the taller the ramus appears.

Sadly this area is mostly determined by your bone structure, so through softmaxxing this is as best as you can get to improve it.
