yea during puberty it guides to bone remodeling , people say it’s cope because they are post puberty :lul:, after puberty it only changes muscle, during puberty both muscle and bone

yea I’m 15 too and I have seen results except I’m a late bloomer, 3-4 year delay, so it could differ for u, probably will differ, it’s been around 2 months or so since chewing hard, first 2 weeks hurt, becomes easy after, I recommend to do what I did
(0-2 weeks)
15-20 min chew, focus on pre molars and molar teeth ONLY, each side 15-20min
(2-4 weeks)
20-25min chew, focus on pre molars and molar teeth ONLY, each side 20-25min
(1 month +)
30-45 min chew, anything more can cause potential damage, focus on premolars and molar teeth ONLY, each side 30-45min
Also there has to be break days for example, every week this is how it’s going to look like, u can replace any day with the break day ofc
(day1 chew, day2 chew, day3 chew, day4 chew, day5 chew, day6 skip, day7 chew)
must skip 1 day a week to relax
Thanks for the solution bro:love:
Forgot to mention that this can help ccw rotation, gonial angle, and ramus change, don’t expect to chew for a few weeks and see results, make this a habit, do this till the end of puberty , even guides zygo growth and maxilla, maxilla is like barely anything tho 1-15% on how far u are into puberty

holy shi that’s good news bro, they aren’t near closing at all, and this chewing now that u said that will cause huge bone remodeling if u keep doing this, this will 100% change maxilla, zygos, gonial angle, ccw rotation, and ramus
