Is "mature hairline" a real thing or just cope?

Saw a vid of kshami saying "Im not balding yet I just have a mature hairline" I feel like this is a cope statement because "mature hairline" seems identical to a norwood 2. Or is temple thinning just inevitable with any amount of pharmacology?

I know a friend who’s shit look like it was balding in 4th grade and it hasn’t pushed back at all since

Mature hairline is real but it's also used as cope constantly. The true mature hairline is your temples receding like half an inch from your juvenile hairline during your late teens/early 20s and then stopping there permanently. That's normal and happens to basically every guy. The cope part is when guys are clearly diffusing or their temples keep creeping back past NW2 and they call it mature. If it stabilized and stopped moving it's mature. If you're watching it move every few months that's MPB and calling it mature won't save it. Temple recession on its own without miniaturization isn't balding, temples with thinning wispy hairs are.

What do you think? I still have hairs growing in the surrounding area its just the temples that have thinned. Is this norwood or just maturization?

I'd say ur right in the middle ground if u think its getting worse then start fin and dut and or minoxidil but it's more something you yourself know best ykwim?
