Of course we all know having to get the least amount of surgeries or have the least amount of flaws is ideal, but let’s say someone like me who is a high ltn-low mtn looks alright but not really good looking. I have a lot of flaws but they aren’t so far off from ideal. But I still need many surgeries to fix them. At that point wouldn’t I have been just a subhuman who is severely recessed because im getting all the surgeries anyways? I wasn’t blessed with any halos besides good coloring but im not deformed? Me and the deformed people still have to get the same amount of surgeries anyways so I might as well have been born like them. Or is it an advantage to need surgeries that perform minimal tweaks and advancements rather than larger ones? Lmk because I could literally benefit from OBO LF2 Trimax rihno, lip lift comissurplasty and lower third implants. Yet I don’t actually severely need all those but I will get some of them. The OBO would give me a few mm of ipd to fix esr and mfr and add pfl, the lf2 would give chad maxilla, trimax would fix slight recession, rihno is actually needed for my big ass nose. And so on.
