not even age fast but they die fast oo so the sun wouldnt cause that only wrinkles on the outside,they barely move actually watch how they live they just sit around fires all day and do moderate activity

@thereallegend they all eat liver all day too they prioritize that for health but why do they still die at a early age despite eating mainly raw meat? they do moderate activity,live in the wild away from emf and also before you say the cope 'they dont have doctors' if this lifestyle was soo optimal why would they need doctors or hospital care?
 
Not inherently. It's high LDL cholesterol/ApoB is directly causal in heart disease. The causes of high LDL/ApoB can range from genetics, saturated fat (excluding stearic acid), to liver dysfunction, etc. Beef fat is actually 50% mufa, ~25% stearic acid & then ~25% palmitic so eating lean cuts it's quite hard to overdo. Venison is so lean the fat content is basically negligible. It's a game of portion control really even ray peat enthusiasts who are pro saturated fat can have no heart disease if they keep the fat content ~50 grams per day (recommended by rp forum vets).
 
These so called "studies" looked at the typical american who eats processed meat (eg. mcdonalds) ,grains, seed oils, sugar and extrapolated that because THEY get diseases and die that red meat is to blame. It blows my mind that people believe this garbage.

Red meat and organ meat is the most nutritious food on earth.

Cholesterol is villified by a lot of ‘doctors’, stating it causes blood clots in the arteries and other diseases.
However, processed sugar, including high carbs or a high glycogen load and chemicals are what cause diabetes, atherosclerosis, high blood pressure and etc.

sugar rips apart arteries once it enters ur blood stream also typically involving AGEs, causing a reaction from the body to begin inflammation and repair using LDL cholesterol. Inflammation is the key factor of these diseases.

Cholesterol is not the root issue of these complications and having “high” cholesterol levels is actually quite good. Cholesterol is important for vitamins and also a building block for hormone production like tetosteorne.
