Does melatonin really make a difference or is it just a waste of money, which does just a bit of placebo.

Take 0.5-1mg 3 hours before sleep and it will be good
or take like 2-3mg an hour before sleep but you'll be groggy

OP I gave u 2 approaches
and taking it 30 mins before bed it will take a while to kick in and actually make u sleep

Magnesium glycinate is better, melatonin never helped me, if you think it's a knockout pill you'd be wrong
