good in the sense that it's good at making you sleep but not healthy in general

Because they are synthetic toxic chemicals. Look at the industrial processes used to create them.
This goes for just about every single supplement.

Well yeah but if they work they work

synthetic isolated nutrients are treated as chemical stressors rather than food so they settle down in the body poorly, accumulate, don't function at all, etc.

Ok but than why do people see results

99% don't and even if you get ur hands on supplements/medication things ur trading ur health disproportionately to the benefits, if they're there in the first place. Not good especially when you can fix things naturally. but u can do anything

Extremely good for liver and brain health, especially when using steroids, it protects your brain from neurotoxicity and helps you sleep much better.

Clavicular recommended before; starting out with 10mg of melatonin (will knock you out for the first couple days) and over time titrate the dosage up to 100mg, which benefits massively in terms of sleep, liver, and brain health.

Melatonin side effects are generally mild, most commonly including daytime sleepiness, headaches, dizziness, and nausea, but can also involve vivid dreams, irritability, or stomach issues
