Is melatonin safe for heightmax?

It takes me a while to fall a sleep i always rot in bed for like an hour before actually sleeping.
I need something for my sleep enhancement, but all magnesium glycinate in my area is alredy sold out everywhere therefore not available, im on Aromasine and HGH at 16, will taking melatonin influence the “heightmax” in any possible way?

It has some mild suppression of e2 so its alr. Don't rely on it purely to sleep though.

1.5mg of melatonin is good dose.

Best for sleeping would be clonidine, reduces heart rate, reduces cortisol, lowers prolactin, increases gh for relevant levels..
