Can you forget trauma? I have always had intense social anxiety since I was a little boy now I'm depressed as fuck I can't recall anything happening to me. I'm 6'7 mtn (b4 ldar) and white

I have ‘forgotten’ it per se but the effects linger and it remains deep in my subconscious and effects me in one way or another even if I’m not completely aware. I have really intense ocd and anxiety that’s always there

What type of ocd? I've had pretty bad germaphobia my whole life idk if it would be ocd though

Very very obsessive with a couple compulsions. Worst it could be as well with the obsessiveness. I almost score max on every ocd test
