Metformin is the anti-aging drug for doctors. They keep saying it will be like aspirin and everyone will be using it. Do you think takin it daily even though blood sugar levels are fine would benefit us in long term?

Metformin works by activating your AMPK and inhibiting your MTOR. I think it's promising.

@Seth Walsh warned of inhibition of absorbtion B vitamins. And it will slightly hinder your gains. Research more and find out what is best for you. NMN + PQQ + Resveratrol would be a great comboand superiour to just metformin. Add sunscreen + tret + ghk-CU and you age very well.

Activate your AMPK by IF and HIIT.

I'm really not a fan of Metformin. You can just practice caloric restriction and time restricted eating / fasting and that will give you the same benefits as Metformin. Metformin just gives you the benefits without having to go into an energy deficit and is just like a lazy cop out. And inhibiting Thiamin absorbtion is a pretty bad side effect tbh.
