I unironically think if you have decent development you can improbe with mewing but in cases like him no way cause the force can't be even applied consistently

if you are that recessed, you cant even press the tongue on the roof your mouth (epscecially the back of the tongue) without blocking the airway. for cases like him its bimax or rope.

your right thats why the only progress i got from mewing was when i did it with chewing and jaw exercises

Simple test can you swallow and breathe at the same time?
