Is micro dosing accutane worth it?

Im currently 15 and planning to take 10mg of isotretinoin 3x a week. I have no acne but my skin texture ist pretty uneven, and I have an inflamed and oily nose. Will this fix those problems or should I just use tretinoin?

20gm for 2 weeks then take it every other day for 3 months

but really not worth it just make a good skin care routine you will be good the side effects are not worth for your problems
