Is microneedling cope for getting rid of acne scars?, Can i use a dermastamp

My acne scars are pretty bad and ive been using 0.05 percentage tretnoin for about 2 and a half months with no noticibale changes. Looked through some threads and supposedly microneedling 1.5 mm can help, would a dermastamp at 1.5mm help or do i need a more complicated device

Yes once a month and clean with disinfectant alcohol
