I’ve been curious about microneedling, but I’m still trying to understand exactly how creating tiny injuries actually leads to better skin—does anyone have a clear explanation?

that process ramps up collagen and elastin production (over time that can help with acne scars, face lines, and overall texture.
the key is consistency + not going too deep and you give the skin time to heal between sessions. pair it with something like tret or good skincare and the collagen remodeling effect is where most of the improvement comes from.

Not recommended if you have acne prone skin, do your resesrch if you will benefit from it, mark solution pls

From personal experience, I would say it's worth it. It has reduced my under-eye darkness by a decent amount.
