dairy has been a MASSIVE part of my diet for years (superstitious parents believing that if i dont have milk daily i'll be 5'6).
recently cut it out, and the first thing someone said to me irl was "yo your acne isnt as bad as it was before"
within like 5 days of cutting
i'm almost done with tret and gonna be able to get on accutane soon, but i'm curious: is milk really that necessary at the end of growth? considering just going on acc dealing with concealable acne while keeping my diet the same then afterwards when my plates are closed getting off dairy
thoughts? lmk if this is either stupid or if dairy doesnt do much anyways
