Is minoring in college worth the time?

Title. I would like to major in Computer Science, will probably minor on the side as well, thinking math most likely, but some people say it's a waste of time, not necessary anymore, etc. I am very bad at math too so it'll be a pain in the ass but I'll do it if it needs to be done

So title, what do you think, should I go for it or no? Will it help me get a good job?

You have to take a good deal of math for CS major. Maybe complete that first then decide whether you want to minor in math. I started as a math major then was like "fuck this" when I realized that I'd actually have to try. I ended up minoring in CS, which was considered a "rigorous minor," nearly the same as the major. So far I have not used any amount of my college education for anything.
