Is minox ever going to improve my hairline or should I just stop coping

I'm 25, my dermatologist told me that I am norwood 2 and prescribed me 5% minox.

The problem is that one side is more recessed than the other and it decimates my facial harmony especially in photos. If my temples even out and grow a little bit, the falio from hailrine would greatly reduce and it could somewhat fit my gymmaxed physique.

Does minox ever improve hairline or should I just let go of false hope and delusions? I'm saving money for hair transplant, but I first want to try stabilise my hair loss with min, maybe even hop on fin for some time before getting HT.
