This. Any alcohol present in the solution evaporates in ~0.1 seconds after you apply it on the skin.

It can't "dehydrate you" or "destroy your collagen" because none of the alcohol stays on your skin.

The propanediol (foam version) or propylene glycol (liquid version) present in it can cause skin tightness though.

It's always a good idea to moisturize regularly if using Minox (anywhere).
