Is minoxidil safe for a 14y?

I was gonna start using minoxidil for my eyebrows and lashes but my mom didnt let me cz its too strong for my age bla bla so she gave me castor oil. But by what i know castor oil does nothing but make the hair more thick and prevents breakage, while minoxidil actually makes it grow more. I already googled it but nothing came up

minoxidil is fine for eyebrows but don't put it on ur lashes, it can darken your eyelids and irritate your eyes

Minoxidil is completely safe just hide it. Castor oil is cope

for me mino grew my lashes when i applied to my brows, also i used the ordinary lash serum, worked well and made my brows super soft

Topical minoxidil is 100% safe for a 14yo. Just don't use it on lashes. Use something else like latisse or the multi peptide lash serum from the ordinary. Latisse can shrink fat cell and make your undereye hollow
