If I guy Erda should I get it in pill form as I don’t know how complicated the powder is? I’m planning to do under 4mg so I’f I did pill form is choosing 1mg or 2mg pills good.

id recommend raw, its much more cost effective. this way u could also make ur capsules to the desired dosage u want.
