The reason why people hate on it so much is because, if you truly want to get taller (and as long as your growth plates aren't closed) there are so many better options, although consider these are going to be more tricky than Mk-677.

Is Mk-677 dangerous? Not inherently, if you use something to address the increase in insulin resistance, cycle and dose it properly you won't have any complications with it.

As a diabetic I wouldn't recommend you tamper with your growth hormone at all, BUT... If you're going with Mk-677, which is what I would recommend you do, because it's cheaper, easier to get and you can control the outcomes of better, then as long as you use a low-dose MK-677 protocol and again, pair it with an insulin modulator, you'd probably be alright.

But personally, I wouldn't use Mk-677, HGH or anything like that. But again, Mk-677 is the worst objective method, but probably the safest for you.

Regardless, 5'11 at 15 is pretty good already, you're likely to reach 6'0"+ by the time you're done growing. As long as you reach the 6'0" mark, height is no longer an issue in your dating life and you should focus on other things.
