mk677 is amazing for gaining mass but it works endogenously meaning it boosts what you can arleady make it can still be affected by somatostatin, exogenous via hgh is much more efficient here it does not affect insulin levels as much as mk677, also check studies i would not trust chatgpt as most guys fuck up via needles not even because of product usage so it doesnt recommend usage of it ive done mk677 all it does is bloat face and help with hunger hgh on the other hand helped me lose body fat, gained height (puberty though ngl) and so many indirect benefits however its annoying to have to inject everyday and expensive as shit

depends on dosage ofcourse, but it can increase gh and igf-1, has no effect on test or dht. Can improve recovery and slightly increase muscle mass. Will do pretty much nothing for bone growth if ur growth plates have already closed/past puberty, might slightly increase bone density but thats it. signals ghrelin (more hunger).
