Learning MMA will teach you how to beat the fuck out of someone with strikes, grappling, and such, you’ll build some Athleticism no question, and against someone whose never had any training while you have year(s), you’ll prolly fuck them up even with height weight differences. However, when you fight someone who also knows how to counter your double legs and jijitsu and kicks, then your skill is no longer the multiplier, it’s athletism that wins, ie most nba players are skilled but the best player is Lebron because you can’t teach 6’8 270 lbs fast twitch.
Weight classes are already a blackpill, saying “we gotta separate the boys to make it fairer, big frame alphas fight big frame alphas, small lower T fights small lower T
if you spend years working on your craft but get beat by someone whose been training a third less than you but outweighs you 50 pounds or taller than a foot, is your activity a cope?
being short and skinny are the worst builds for combat ,losing reach and grappling control
Humans were not made to fight bare handed, otherwise bears and lions would be king. Instead we evolve to equalize combat not through fists but weapons
