Money is necessary to looksmax anyway, besides that money is extremely important for a LTR.
And by money, I mean PASSIVE money, not money that you get by have a wage slave, you should be making enough passive income to be free 24h so you can focus on your own shit (keeping looksmaxxed + being able to keep your girl as a housewife)
Overall, getting expensive cars, clothes, and other shit is useless
If you can have a cool house:
A decent 30k car
And you can make 10-15k a month passively to have a lifestyle like Jay's:
you're pretty much set
