I see. I've only ever seen it used on super deformed patients hence why I didn't really understand what it did. I think the below is a good illustration actually.

Couldn't someone non deformed just go for a lefort and bimax to move the face forward? Maybe also nasal graft for the nose bridge. Can you post a pic of someone non deformed who would need this? Seems nuts.
