Lets say that 30 mins of good sun is what the body needs everyday.
Then, will be taking one hour of sun or more be worthless, or is it better than 30 min.
Dont say skin and ageing bs, im talking about the positive body, hormonal, nutricious effects

30 min of evening/morning sunlight is ideal. taking an aspirin before tanning will also reduce all the bad effects of uv exposure

Yes longer time will give you some more benefits (less and less per unit of time spent) but it will give you exponentially more bad (skin aging effects). Think of the benefit as a graph of the logarithmic function and aging effects as a graph of the exponential function. Sweetspot is 30min i guess but you don't have to think about it too hard.
