Is morning, mid day or evening height most accurate for finding your height percentile?

I'm about 188.5cm in the morning but I'm a gigaspinecel and posturecel so I go down to like 187 pretty quick. At the very end of the day I think I'm around 186 .Which of these is most accurate for finding my height percentile

well most of the height data is either self reported or comes from doctor appointments. the self reported ones is obviously larp and inflated so doesn’t matter. the doctor appointment ones are usually morning or mid day as that’s when most doctor appointments are. I would just use your midday height of 187cm
