Is mosturizer really important for skin ??

Just curious what will happen if I stop using it?? I'm starting to feel like it gets a bit greasy after a few hours of putting on a mosturizer.

Its only important if u skin is very dry. Other wise its not needed. I like facial serums because they blurr my skin and hides my acne scars.
